Peggy has experience as an elementary teacher, assistant principal and principal. In addition, she has also served as a district federal programs coordinator, grant writer and technology coordinator. Peggy has been involved in professional development for the Missouri Professional Learning Communities Project for a total of 8 years.

Tammy has 19 years of experience as a secondary Social Studies teacher. She began providing professional development to school districts as a S.T.A.R.R. (Select Teachers As Regional Resources) in Southeast Missouri. Tammy spent 4 years as a Communication Arts MAP Facilitator prior to joining the PLC Project as a Resource Specialist this year.

Melanie has 10 years of experience as an elementary teacher and a literacy teacher leader. In addition to her work with the Missouri Professional Learning Communities Project, she has worked with Reading First, Turnaround Schools and the RtI (Response to Intervention) Institute.
