"Butch" O'Riley - PLC Resource Specialist

Butch O'Reilly is a retired educator with thirty four years of experience  working for kids, teachers and parents. During his last seventeen years Butch served as a secondary building level administrator.  His undergraduate work was completed at Southeastern University in Durant, Oklahoma, with his Master’s degree from Drury University in  Springfield Missouri and specialist work from Southwest Missouri State in Springfield. The last five and half years of Butch's career have been devoted to serving the sixty-three school districts in the South Central RPDC region.

Michelle spent the first fifteen years of her educational career as a fourth grade and kindergarten teacher. She joined the South Central RPDC in 2004 and has worked with Reading First in addition to the Missouri PLC Project. During this time, she completed her EdD in Educational Leadership. She believes in the power of educators to impact students lives, both as individuals and collectively as members of powerful, professional learning communities.

John has been working with the South Central RPDC for over two years after a 33 year career in education.  His career included classroom teaching and administration at the secondary and elementary level.  This diversity has allowed him to understand the complexities of education at various levels.  He passionately believes that all students must, can, and will learn.
