Vickie has worked in the world of education for over 30 years, with 31 of those years working in elementary schools in mid-Missouri. Currently, Vickie is one of two PLC professionals at the Heart of Missouri Regional Professional Development Center. As a school resource specialist, a position she has held since August of 2008, she works in tandem with DESE to provide training and support for all schools in the Missouri PLC Project in the HOM region. This involves providing the training, support, and development of the PLC coaching teams for each school involved in the project, a 3 year commitment for the schools. Besides this work, Vickie works with individual schools and districts in the development of their teams, on collaboration training, using data, and other school improvement efforts. She loves the work and enjoys being involved with schools across the mid regions of the state! Vickie is a certified trainer for The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and is also a certified trainer for Decision-Making for Results and Data Teams.

Ginny has a B.A. in French from Central Methodist University, and M.Ed.

does.
