Vickie Robb - PLC Resource Specialist
robbv@missouri.edu
(573) 999-3272

Vickie has worked in the world of education for over 30 years, with 31 of those years working in elementary schools in mid-Missouri.  More specifically she was an elementary principal for 25 years in 2 different districts, New Franklin, MO and Columbia, MO.  Prior to her becoming a principal, she worked as a special education educator and a half year as a kindergarten teacher.

Currently, Vickie is one of two PLC professionals at the Heart of Missouri Regional Professional Development Center.  As a school resource specialist, a position she has held since August of 2008, she works in tandem with DESE to provide training and support for all schools in the Missouri PLC Project in the HOM region.  This involves providing the training, support, and development of the PLC coaching teams for each school involved in the project, a 3 year commitment for the schools.  Besides this work, Vickie works with individual schools and districts in the development of their teams, on collaboration training, using data, and other school improvement efforts.  She loves the work and enjoys being involved with schools across the mid regions of the state!  Vickie is a certified trainer for The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and is also a certified trainer for Decision-Making for Results and Data Teams.

Ginny Vandelicht - PLC Resource Specialist
vandelichtv@missouri.edu
(573) 220-6616

Ginny has nearly 30 years of experience in education both in and out of the classroom.  Ginny was a teacher at Moberly High School, principal at Fulton Middle School and spent 17 years at the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, most focused on the Missouri School Improvement Program.  Ginny has a B.A. in French from Central Methodist University, and M.Ed. and Ed.S from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  Her passion has always been helping schools and districts improve learning for students.  Her new role as a staff developer dovetails with that belief nicely.  However, Ginny views her most important role as “Mom” to Anne, who is a constant reminder of why she (Ginny) does what she does.

Michael Auer - PLC Resource Specialist

auerm@missouri.edu

(573) 338-2194

Michael Auer is the newest member of the Heart of Missouri PLC Resource Specialist team.  Michael has 17 years of public school experience.  He was a Social Studies teacher and coach at Renick R-V, Centralia R-VI, and South Callaway R-II, and also middle school principal at South Callaway for 8 years.  Getting the South Callaway Middle School started in the MO PLC Project in 2009, Michael knows the value of developing professional learning communities in schools.  According to Michael, "the Missouri Professional Learning Communities Project made a significant impact on student learning in our building by changing adult behavior to focus on raising student achievement."
